Why is it that the email I used in purchasing which I already provided, not sufficient to connect this license to the purchase considering that you technically sent the license to that email? Microsoft has been selling product keys for over 30 years and it will stop working once activation is consumed. To which I answered - What abuse are you talking about? If the key is good for 3 activation then it should stop activating at the 4th attempt.

The customer "service" was just brushing me off with pointing out, that it would have stated, that it can't be used on unactivated phones. I was naive enough to purchase the software, since Aiseesoft "offered" a 30-Day-Money-Back-Guarantee. This is absolutely misleading and the software doesn't properly warn about this either. It then can't continue to do anything helpful. When one uses the software for "wiping" the passcode, it loads a brand new iOS firmware on the phone and thereby deactivates it.
